Adding books to Kindle App on Asus TF700

Hey folks...

Pardon the noob, but I'm trying to add ebooks to the Kindle App on my Asus Infinity.... I connect it to my laptop via USB cable... Calibre recognizes the device... I can transfer things to it... But the Kindle App doesn't "see" them....

I'm going to assume that I am doing something wrong (and that I've put this request for help in the wrong place while I'm at it)

Little Help?

Did you check in which folder the books are transferred? They have to go to the kindle folder to be seen by the kindle app.

Pretty sure that's where I put them, but I'll check again.

Thanks!

did you try any other app, may be the previous app you installed has over written the default settings for the default book reader

I guess I wasn't clear

The issue was I didn't have Calibre set up to put the right format of books into the proper folder... But that issue has now been resolved and everything is working just great.

Thanks again for the help

Just downloaded Calibre companion on my Andriod tablet. Easy to set up the wireless connection. Now, how do I get my books to my Kindle APP? I'm assuming they are in the wrong folder....

In my tablet, I copy my mobi files to android/data/com.amazon.kindle/files

Or you can create a folder named kindle and copy the mobi files there.
