Restoring Library back from Dropbox

Hi I moved my library from my computer to Dropbox. Its there OK. But I want to move it back to the way things were before.
So I try to move it back to 'Calibre Library' on my computer but the folder where it was ' Calibre Library' contains this = 'metadata_pre-restore.db'
I cannot move the library back because Calibre tells me the folder is not empty and therefore will not move my library back.
I don't want to delete this file as it looks like its something to do with restoring my library to its original location.

Any advice please?
