Is there a way to open epub files in Calibre with FBReader? Thanks.

I don't know what you mean by opening up epubs "in calibre" with FBReader. I'm guessing you want to be able to use FBReader to view your epubs and be able to open them from calibre.

If you associate FBreader with epubs on you machine then all you have to do is go to Preferences - Behaviour - Use internal viewer for and uncheck epub.
