i2reader, groups & itouch

Creating categories/groups is vital to me while looking for back up APP for the soon to be dead Stanza. I've looked at/bought just about all the APPs and i2Reader is the only one that says it groups your books. Sadly, the manual doesn't explain how to accomplish it. I somehow managed to make a few groups and put one book in a group but I don't seem to be able to duplicate the fluke.

Does anyone know how to create and more books to groups?

Also, does anyone know about the library limitations of the APP?
I'm seeing this on the main page ...

Total 254.23MB

Any help would be appreciated.
