Finding out Adobe ID on Sony Ereader

My mom just came out to visit with her trusty Sony Ereader and her new iPad. Naturally she wants me to set up the iPad so she can read her library books on the iPad. They are already on the eReader.

No problem, I like to use Bluefire for the iPad and authorized it with her Adobe ID account (her e-mail address and we tried all of her passwords until we got the right one).

After I downloaded one of her library books it said that the book couldn't be opened b/c it was being used by a different user. Everybody who has reported that problem has found that one device was using a different ID than the other device.

My mom has no idea what Adobe ID she would have used on her Sony eReader and I was wondering if there was a way to tell. I don't have access to her computer. I do have my own computer and a USB cable if that would help. I tried logging into her account on Adobe.com but it doesn't show anywhere what devices are authorized to an ID.

Does your mom transfer books to her Sony ereader via the Sony Reader Library software? If you go to About Reader Library from the Menus in the Sony software, it will tell you the email address that it is authorized to. I would try that.
