Which Touch? There are three versions of the original Touch. The originals have model numbers N905, N905B and N905C. The N905 has fixed internal memory, and I don't have an image for it. The other two, use different images. I need to know which you have.

There is also the Touch 2, but, this thread is for the originals.

@Gensat: Sorry, I don't know which that is. The models are N905, N905B and N905C. This is printed on the end of the device with the USB port.

You are right but my kobo has two years and number model has been deleted, it is not readable. I know he has a second external sd card.

All versions of the Touch have the external SD card. The problem is that one version, the N905 doesn't have an internal card. The N905B and N905C both have internal cards, but they use different images. You need the correct on to get the device working.
