Can't see the whole text

Hi guys!
I am pretty new in eBook area. I got one Pocketbook 360 plus, I add 1 book to it, and it cuts the text in right.
I can see the whole text only when its so little, and I cant read that way.
Its not justify or how it calls, and I dont know hot to set up that, and did't see nowhere on internet.

What format is the book in? File extension?

Does the same happen with pre-installed books/manuals?

First I add pdf with copy paste method. After epub with program called 'calibre' and it happened each way. When I want to zoom to see the text, on the right side its going outside of the screen. Like the device didnt know that there is a text.

Sorry for my english.

I have some ebooks on the device what is good, so i guess its only happent when I add a new book from pc what i downloaded

If it only happens with this pdf and you can view others correctly I suspect the pdf is actually an image. What happens if you open the file on your PC? Can you mark/select text there? Or is the complete text selected at once? In the latter case it probably is an image that cannot be re-formatted by the reader.
