EUREKAAAA!!!!!

after copied the good kindlevncviewer folder in the root of K4, and the vncviewer folder (with edited .json file) to the extensions folder ....

IT WORKS!!!

but:
- WIFI_NO_NET_PROBE method to connect to a wifi hot spot without internet doesn't work

ideas?

Hello MobileRead forum members! The same thing happens to me as well. I have installed everything and did everything according to the following link in MobileRead Wiki "https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/HowTo:_Use_Kindle_as_secondary_monitor"
But just like cepics experienced, my kindle does nothing and exits that menu.

Can someone please help me?

Here is my device info:
Kindle 4.1.3
Jailbroken

Used files:
kindle-k4-jailbreak-1.8.N
kindle-mkk-20141129
kindle-usbnetwork-0.57.N-k4
kindlevncviewer
KUAL-v2.7
vncviewer
TightVNC Server with the config as shown in the Wiki page

Try to make attention on how to edit the .json file...
My TextEdit app, changed files while saving...
