Yes, it looks very nice. Installing it on my Aura One now! 😊

What fonts or type of fonts does everyone here dislike? I dislike slab serifs.

I'm perfectly happy with most serif fonts, including the slab serif ones that you so dislike. The serifs help to guide my eyes along. On the other hand, I generally dislike sans serif fonts for reading (although I accept that they can look quite smart).

I'm not a fan of the main body font being sans-serif. But I do know that sans-serif can help some read better then serif.

I prefer serif. Just not slabs. I like real serifs.

Serif fonts are my go-to, but on an e-ink screen, something that looks too much like a "book font" just doesn't feel right. For example, I don't like the Palatino or Baskerville fonts, as it doesn't click with me when using them on a screen rather than a book page. @JSWolf's CharisSIL is the 'most serif' I can go with. It's likely just the way my brain is. Sans-serif is a no-no for me, but I know they're easier for others to read.

Bookerly and similar fonts work best for me because they 'disappear' into the screen the best, so I'm not distracted by the font itself. CharisSIL does this pretty well, too. I'm quite particular about the line-height/font scale, having got used to Bookerly. Many fonts are either too big or too small for the Kindle font sizes, and quite often leave a big gap at the bottom of the screen, which I find too distracting, and I don't have the know-how to fix it.

Charis SIL is based on Bitstream Charter. IMHO, it's a good looking serif without descenders that go too low.

Same - I don't get along with serif fonts that are very thick-thin. Fine and elegant in print, not fine on ereader screens, even with font weight adjustment.

If you side load KF8 format to your Kindle, there's a lot of choice for ChareInk7SP. ChareInk7SP is baed on Charis SIL version 7. You can get it at the following link.
