Here's a description of the novel, which won the Bram Stoker Award for Achievement in a First Novel in 2005 after its original small press release (it was later reissued in mass market paperback with a new cover in 2008):

To the residents of the sleepy coastal town of Terrel, the cliffs of Terrel's Peak are a deadly place, an evil place where terrible things happen. Like a series of mysterious teen suicides over the years, all on the same date. Or other deaths, usually reported as accidents. Could it be a coincidence? Or is there more to it? Reporter Joe Kieran is determined to find the truth. This month, to celebrate the release of the final book in the trilogy, Amazon has put my first novel Covenant on sale for 99 cents! A novel of occult, demonic horror, Covenant won a Bram Stoker Award in 2005, and spawned the sequel SacrificeE and the recent new release Redemption. Originally released in mass market paperback by New York's Leisure Books, the novel is now published by 47North.

I'm hoping that this week the promotion will help this novel reach a bunch of new readers - it won a Bram Stoker Award for a "best first novel" in Horror back when it was first released over a decade ago!
