add book to desktop?

Hey All,

I figured out how to convert my txt file to epub to get the additional controls when reading. Now, is there a way to put the book on the desktop? I can't figure it out. I see it in my library shelf but that's as far as I get. TIA.

To the best of my knowledge to date, only books actually purchased from B&N will show up on the desktop. All other sideloaded content will only appear in the library. I do not know if B&N is going to address this issue in any further update.
