Effectively a sequel to "Mysterious Mr Sabin", 1898. Mr Sabin becomes involved with the organisation "The Yellow Crayon", which is purportedly similar to Britain's "Primrose League", but which has a deeper, darker purpose.

This novel was uploaded here a decade ago, but essentially as a Project Gutenberg file complete with PG headers and footers. I have removed the headers and footers, added an active table of contents, a cover, the 1903 frontispiece illustration, and corrected a number of typos and the like.
