need to read pdb isilo files in my kindle touch. what software should i buy and where can i buy it from? thanks.

You can't. You can't install other reader software on a Kindle Touch.

Susan is right this is not possible. What you need to do is to download and install calibre, a free software package from calibre-ebooks.com and translate to mobi format.

Calibre won't handle iSilo format files directly. The OP should install (if he hasn't already) iSilo for Windows and save the original document as plain text. Calibre can then convert that to Mobi.

Ugly, but there is no other way (AFAIK).
