3G Radio means they have a 3G connection like your smartphone to access the internet (with restrictions, however).

It's a bit tempting, this is the first discount of any kind I've seen for Voyage, $50 less than a 'new' device. I do like having 3G, though I've convinced myself that I don't really need it in a new Kindle device (I can tether to my smartphone if necessary).

Perhaps we'll see refurbished wifi-only Voyages at $50 off? I think that might get me to click Add to Cart.
