Borders UK axes Iliad

Interesting line in the last paragraph of the piece:-

Given the fact that the iLiad is double the price of the Sony Reader, I'm not surprised to hear this.

An existing reader, almost without doubt. It'll be interesting to see which one they go for. I'd guess it'll be either the Sony or the CyBook.

We also have some numbers about UK sales of the Reader:

You may recall I posted a wee note up here a couple of weeks back that Borders UK was about to start selling ebooks from its website. Obviously dropping the Iliad and picking up on some other device is connected.
