ePub to AZW3, table loses vertical align

Hi,

When I convert my books from ePub to AZW3, the following happens:

The only settings I've changed from default as far as I remember is to check "Fonts" under "Filter Style Information" to remove font-family, and changed "Output profile" to "Kindle PaperWhite 3".

THat's because it uses valign, which is deprecated. Add the following to extra css and you will be fine.

td[valign="top"] { vertical-align: top; }
