I completely stopped drinking soda very easily. I drank lots and lots of water. Even when I wasn't thirtsy. I had to drink eight glasses a day. I was allowed coffee, but that is it. I would just gulp it down.
Only took a few days, now I hate drinking soda. Trick with the water is to drink it room temperature or slightly cooler. Not cold. |

I don't drink any fizzy drink (except occasionally champagne ) - never have, even as a teen.
I make up for it by drinking more tea than can possibly be healthy. At least I have skimmed milk and don't take sugar in it |

I'm sitting here trying to make a goal for my 1001 list...I did the math and if I were to read 1 a week, it would take me almost 20 years to finish this list!
Well, I guess 1 a week is realistic enough... |

Have you considered the books you will add to the list as time goes by?

I would like to add to my New Years resolutions...
Eat more donuts!! (especially the glazed kind)......... But seriously, we have no bakerys, Winchells or Dunkin' Donuts shops within easy range. I"m sorry, but the Albertsons or Safeway donuts just don't taste the same.... |

In December I read 16 books! Some were really short (like Pit and the Pendulum), but hey, it counts! So I think I can read 10 a month. |

Ack! Even worse, I have a separate sheet of what to read next on the 1001 list, and I only have 13! This project isn't looking good for me, lol!
