You should be able to get them from Archive on other devices, no? I'm not sure what happens if you've used all your authorisations, though.

Was the drop-down "type" box set to "all items"? Sometimes things you would expect to be in "Books" are not, and it is set to "Books" by default when I go to that page. I ran into this myself with a book I had purchased many months ago.
