Some epubs failing to convert
I recently picked up a bunch of free epubs from Kobo, which I converted to mobi so as to read on the kindle. They downloaded via adobe digital editions and most stripped nicely and converted fine, except for three books by the same author which stayed locked. Is it likely that the publisher (Faber and Faber) would use a different DRM for one particular author? No major problem, I can read them in bluefire, but the Kindle is more portable.
I absolutely refuse to use the patronising illiterate Kobo app! |

I don't think this should be discussed here.
This bumps hard into the MR No DRM removal discussion. Please don't make us break out the green. |
