Eliot, Charles W. (editor): Harvard Classics Volume 10 V2.0 1 Apr 2014

The Harvard Classics Volume 10 (Smith) Published 1909

Edited by Charles W Eliot LL D. (March 20, 1834 - August 22, 1926)

Wealth of Nations - Adam Smith

Adam Smith (5 June 1723 OS (16 June 1723 NS) – 17 July 1790) was a Scottish moral philosopher and a pioneer of political economy. One of the key figures of the Scottish Enlightenment, Adam Smith is best known for two classic works: The Theory of Moral Sentiments (1759), and The Wealth of Nations (1776). The latter is considered his magnum opus and the first modern work of economics. Smith is cited as the "father of modern economics" and is still among the most influential thinkers in the field of economics today.

An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations, generally referred to by its shortened title The Wealth of Nations, is the magnum opus of the Scottish economist and moral philosopher Adam Smith. First published in 1776, the book offers one of the world's first collected descriptions of what builds nations' wealth and is today a fundamental work in classical economics. Through reflection over the economics at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution the book touches upon broad topics as the division of labour, productivity and free markets.

Version 1.1: The .ncx Table of Contents has been fixed. I mistakenly thought line breaks in header lines would translate to spaces when converted. They don't. Old DL count: approx 40

Version 2.0: New Book Cover. Revised Table of Contents. Some format changes. (prev DLs 147)

Appreciate all the work going into these eBooks. The NCX TOC has the chapter numbers and the text running together with no spaces. Might be worth fixing some time.

I will correct that immediately. Thanks.

I see the problem - It was my impression that Word 'line breaks' were translated to 'spaces' when H1/H2/H3 headers were used in TOCs. I guess not... I'll find another solution.

Sigil to the rescue!
