Could you add an option in the Kobo Utilities plugin to let us set the affiliate manually? Anyone not comfortable with getting a link on a forum to the firmware can get the firmware by using an affiliate that might give the firmware. Mine is KoboIndigo and no firmware from there yet.

I have also added an option to filter the list, which can be useful, such as by firmware version, mark number, model name, or model ID. Last edited by geek1011; 02-11-2017 at 03:14 PM. |

I don't know if it is Beta or FNAC doing it, but now all the devices except the Mini show a link to the new firmware and there is a link to Mark 4 devices so that would do for the Mini.

Do you think I should show the version for each affiliate as well? Also, do you think it would be worth it to add push notifications when an update is ready for a selected device?

Maybe not in the main table to keep it clean, but as a secondary option — click a row and show per-affiliate version. Also I'm not sure whether beta affiliate shows the released firmware or pre-release versions as well. If pre-release, then possibly an indicator would be helpful if the latest is only available from beta?

FNAC is allowing the H2O to download the new firmware. At least that's what one person said on MR.

The "connection error" for the Mini is rather offsetting but disappeared after a refresh.

Using Kobo as the affiliate is now delivering 4.2.8432 except to the Mini. Has anyone with a Mini installed this firmware and if so, is it working?

Nice, it is there for sure for "Kobo" also.
Anyone else with a H2O or maybe others has a modified keyboard layout then it was before in 3.19 ? I did like the old one better... |
