Middle band on dark background in Moon Reader Pro

Hi,

When reading in landscape mode with the night theme or any dark backbackground in Moon Reader Pro on a Samsung Galaxy s7 tab plus, a darker band can be seen in the middle of the screen as well as aa small rectangle on the left side of the screen.

The difference in darkness is quite subtle except when turning a page with any of the animations where it becomes very visible as shown below.

I cannot see any difference in shade on the standard day mode with a light background.

Any idea how to get rid of it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It could be the cover centered in screen. Do it continue when you pass to two-page view? Just guessing.

The screenshot was taken in two page mode (horizontically), the issue is only visible then.

When the page is left alone, there is a darker line and light shadow at the center of the screen mimicking a book's binding.

However when turning (especially when using animations where the page can be held mid turn), a large band in the middle of the screen darken while the outer parts of the screen brighten lightly until the page turns completely.

More strangely, as seen on the screenshot though difficult to spot, a smaller darker rectangle also appear around the top left corner of the screen.

Now you say it, I see the dark rectangle near top left.

I have no idea, perhaps you can contact developer. I had an issue a lot of time ago and he resolved it in next update.
