Problem Installing Calibre v3.10
During the installation into a new folder (while not uninstalling Calibre 3.9), I received this error message, and it rolled back without installing.
"There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation." (I'm now using Creators version, and the installer worked fine last night.) Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks! Last edited by deback; 10-20-2017 at 02:16 PM. |

I logged in as another user that I had created a few months ago but never used. I was able to install Calibre 3.10.0 with no errors.
So, it appears there's some corruption in my main user profile, even after doing a repair installation last night. Now I get to research something else... |
