iPad Conversion Options Help

Hi All,

I'm wondering how to remove the previous and next article boxes which appear at the start and end of every article using the iPad output profile.

I was also curious if anyone had any suggestions for reading news on the iPad, I'm coming from a Kindle and liked how I could easily send it there every morning and how it kept itself pretty clean. I know I can use the Kindle app to achieve the same thing and that would also avoid the next article box problem but I do like some parts of iBooks such as the TOC. Does anyone have some apps/methods they would recommend?

Sorry if this isn't entirely related to recipes, let me know if there is a better place for it.

What are you missing in terms of TOC using the Kindle app on iPad? I like the Kindle iPad app interface and I don't seem to be missing anything relative to the Kindle news reader interface.
