Feature Request: Filenames and Pictures

Hi Kovid,
I have 2 feature requests:

1) Sometimes filename are better than Metadata contained in books. Could you please add the options to "Read Only Covers from metadata and use REGEX to interpret filenames ?

2) Sometimes you have added books not reading metadata because they are bad but covers are better. Could you add in "Groupd edit metadata" to GET COVERS FROM ALL THE BOOKS SELECTED ?

There is already an option in the bulk metadata edit dialog to set the cover from the file. Use it for both 1) and 2)
