EPUB to MOBI hyphenation using Calibre

I am trying to convert greek EPUB files to MOBI, in order to read with Kindle. Although the conversion looks fine, words are oddly splitted when the line reaches the end. There is no hyphenation included anywhere in my file.

For example, the line br
eaks like this when reac
hing the end.

Any ideas ?

Nick

Kindles don't break lines on hyphenation. Did you look at the HTML source on some of the places in question? Maybe there is an HTML entity that is getting interpreted differently than you would expect.
