arm64 MacOS Sigil builds coming

Just a head's up for newer macOS users of Sigil with M1, M2, etc chips...

I finally got a new macOS machine when updates for my 2013 iMac dev machine stopped being made by Apple.

So our next release of Sigil will include an experimental build of Sigil native for arm64 macOS machines that I have been testing for the last 2 weeks. Support for x86_64 builds will continue.

Hopefully something to look forward to.

Not necessarily as we have had just a few bug fixes since our last release in the middle of March.

That said, we are planning to update to Python 11.3 and Qt 5.15.9 with our new builds. So we shall see.
