PRS-T1 Default Calendar app blank screen

I tried to use Calendar app (Calendar.apk in system) but I got an empty "Add an account" page.
My device is a PRS-T1 with rupor's AMR and App2SD package.

I copied the apk, removed it from /system/app and tried to reinstall it as an user app (i.e. in /data/app) but when I tried DEXOPT raised an error because the package doesn't contain classes.dex.

Is Calendar.apk from stock rom missing something or is my blank screen due to rupor's e-ink friendly theme hack?

Has anyone succeded using the default Calendar app?

Also with InstaFecth I get a dialog asking for default action in which the "Set as deafult" label is invisible, or black.

Can anyone with rupor's AMR on PRS-T1 reproduce this?
