I see the Big lot's ad says the er 700 is gone.

Big Lots here now selling Pandigital Novel 6" "epaper" for $59. I bought one yesterday, and will return it tomorrow. It's junk. Even the Slick is better.

Unhappy The 6" Novel is a bad product.

I have a Slilck and it is quite nice. Has worked well for a year now. I agree on the Pandigital 6" ebook. It is unusable. The contrast is terrible and the fonts are very difficult to read. I returned mine also.

I mistakenly thought it was the color one that people are modifying into tablets. But I thought I'd give it a try. It looks nice, but the touchscreen had huge issues. Some things wouldn't open at all when I tapped them (like wifi!!) and others activated if you tapped about an inch to the left or down. It reminded me of an old Palm Pilot when they would get zapped with static. Garbage.
