I agree with JSWolf on his last points. I don't particularly like Foreign since every category could actually nominate that and we are being a little close-minded in thinking just not written in English. If we're a worldly forum that just sounds like pandering o the majority culture which is a bit insensitive.

In the end it is all just personal taste and you can't really argue taste. It's right for some and wrong for others all the time.
