PDF to epub error

First, when trying to convert a few pdfs, I callibre-parallel.exe force closes, and then calibre tells me it has failed to convert the pdf into epub shown below:

Is there any tweak or fix I can implement to get a successful conversion. Note* I have converted other pdfs into epub, but this is only happening with three files.

That looks like either a crash or you're running out of memory. WHat does the memory usage on your computer look like when running the job?

no memory problems. I'm running a hefty rig, and I don't see any problems with my hardware (8GB of ram. perhaps a memory leak?


on a side note, I've tried viewing the newly converted epubs on my Nook, and the text is not manageable; I cannot resize and/or change the text. Is this just the limitation of converting from pdf - epub?

A memory leak would still show memory usage. I was asking if you see a lot of memory usage when running the job

Usage is normal, negligible. sorry I hadn't been specific enough.
