Des premiers titres de séries en téléchargement
Une initiative sympa : la Suvudu Free Book Library, qui propose en téléchargement le premier titre de séries.
http://www.suvudu.com/freelibrary/ On peut télécharger en pdf formaté A priori les possesseurs de kindle et de sony peuvent aussi via leur magasin respectif télécharger gratuitement les titres. Et ceux qui comme moi n'ont pas de kindle ou de sonny et qui ont une machine qui ne lit que très mal les pdf volumineux, et bien ..... (on va rester poli). Il ne me reste plus qu'à essayer de tirer un fichier texte pas trop illisible du pdf. Pour info, est ce que l'on peut exporter depuis le logiciel de sony vers de l'epub ou tout autre format ? Parce que manifold: time, est le seul de la série que je n'ai pas lu et que c'était l'occasion de l'avoir dans un format pas trop illisible sur ma tablette |

jolie trouvaille, filip ! dommage que ça soit des pdf, mais bon...
je ne crois pas qu'on puisse exporter quoi que ce soit depuis le logiciel de sony, mais si le fichier est sans drm, tente toujours le coup avec calibre ; c'est un pdf, donc résultat clean pas du tout garanti, mais au moins tu devrais pouvoir en tirer un truc éditable que tu pourras remettre en forme (tu peux y passer du temps un peu, beaucoup, à la folie, pas du tout, d'après mon expérience. ). si il est avec drm, hé ben je te conseille de regarder un peu du côté de "inept". |

Même sans Calibre, il suffit de l'ouvrir dans acrobat et on peut le sauvegarder au format texte.
Mais comme tu le dis, le format n'est vraiment pas terrible au final. Il va falloir travailler à coup de regexp pour faire au moins disparaitre les en-tête et pied de page... Merci pour l'info sur le sony, je m'y attendais. Reste plus qu'un peu de boulot |

Merci, je teste ça tout de suite avec la version d'évaluation d'acrobat (j'ai la version complète au taff, mais je ne n'ai pas envie d'attendre )
Sinon, avec un bon éditeur de texte (vim et le regexp par exemple), il est facile d'enlever les numéros de page et les en-têtes pour faire le ménage. Après la mise en page, je laisse le logiciel s'en occuper. Ce qui peut être gênant sur un livre un peu long ce sont les chapitres qui n'apparaissent pas clairement dans le texte, peut être qu'avec la conversion vers le rtf ce sera mieux. J'essaye et je te confirme. Merci encore. |

Le pire dans tout ça, c'est que le format qui est proposé sur le sony store est en lrx donc drmisé, le format du kindle cela doit être pareil (et on ne peut pas le récupérer sans kindle...)
Alors que le pdf lui n'est absolument pas drmisé... |

Alors retour sur expérience.
Tout d'abord télécharger la démo d'acrobat (rapide malgré le téléchargement obligatoire par une appliquette java...), attendre que le fichier se décompresse (très long), installer. Ouvrir le fichier pdf, faire un découpage des pages pour enlever les numéros de pages, titre et auteur dupliquer sur chaque page. Enregistrer au format html (4) directement depuis acrobat. Importer le fichier sous calibre et générer un fichier epub. Ouvrir le fichier epub avec sigil pour enlever les marques de coupes et les images inutiles qui sont au début du fichier. Et voilà, cela semble bien propre, il ne me reste plus qu'à transferer le fichier sur ma tablette. Au pire je peux aussi directement lire le fichier html généré par acrobat avec fbreader. Merci pour les conseils. |

Vous avez un iPhone/iPod? Les livres disponibles chez suvudu sont aussi disponibles en ePub pour Stanza en décharge directe. Mais attention, je ne vois pas de façon pour avoir cela sans Stanza (pas de possibilité de récupérer le lien.)

hm, il n'existe pas une version pc de stanza ? il me semblait avoir vu ça qqpart... attends je vais voir si je retrouve ça...
... ... mais si, c'est bien ça ! regarde ici : http://www.lexcycle.com/stanza et clique sur "desktop" dans la nav en haut de la page. après, j'ai pas testé personellement encore, donc si tu tentes le coup dis-nous comment tu trouves. (c'est cool, tu te tapes tout le boulot de recherche pour qu'on profite de tes expériences ! merci, on apprécie ! ) |
