[Mobi output] convert complex documents
Hi calibre-friends,
I use calibre 0.6.43 on a windows 7 machine and a kindle DX. I use my kindle on work, so we use alot of MS Office documents like *.doc, *.docx or *.pdf. We are elaborating alot of Terms of reference or studies, which are basically complex documents with a lot of sheets, pictures and crossed references. Since these documents depends alot on its layout the best solution until right now is, to convert these files to pdf. The Problem with pdf files is, that I can not take notes or add markups So I want to know, if there is any way to convert *.doc(x) to *.mobi with a fixed layout, so that it looks like a PDF file? Thanks in advanced |
