Choosing Font while Printing

I just started to use Calibre today, so apologies if this is an ignorant question.

When I display an ebook, say <mumble>.epub, it displays in a Times-Roman font, but when I print it it prints in a sans serif font. I'd rather that it printed in Times-Roman. How can I choose the font in which the ebook is to be printed?

Thanks - jon
