Device: I pad air, kindle pw2 and kindle touch , kindle had fire Nook pad nook
Cannot charge through the Usb lead
Bought the Ipad last week but for some obscure reason when I connect it to the laptop it will not charge it will sync through . The lap tops operates on window 7 and Vista

So I will have to charge it through the Plug .

Although it says 'Not Charging', it is actually charging, just slowly.
The power point puts out twice the power of a conventional USB port on a computer.
