Loosing collection information on prs 505...

Just wondering if there is a work arround. I seem to keep loosing collection information when i upload large LRF. They read well on device but the collection information for the rest of my collection just disapears.

Here's the details:

-I have 600 books on the device.
-Some LRF are as big as 50 megs (scanned books converted). (These work fine on device, but in large numbers, once uploaded they cause the device to loose the collection data.)
-Most of the regular store epup/lrf don t cause any problems.
-Issue happens when i upload a certain quantity of large LRF. About 80 of these will often cause the device to loose all collection data. Books are still there just not within their collection.
-Device used ofcourse the prs 505, firmware, latest one.

Anyone has any idea how to go arround this limitation? Any way to generate the collection data from pc and then upload it to device?
