Footnotes
Hello everyone! Does anyone know how to make MS Word-RTF file's footnotes appear at the bottom of pages after the conversion to a MOBI e-book, and not like endnotes (at the end of the e-book)?
* In my RTF file the footnotes are footnotes, which is, they already appear at the bottom of the respective pages. This doesn't happen after the conversion. Neither does Calibre keep the linkage. |
