The computer is school's library's computer which means I'm not admin, and the calibre I use is the portable version. I wish there could be something, say, be just put into the Calibre Portable folder, making the viewer useable.

Somehow solved:
Using u-disk to contain the Calibre Portable folder, instead of directly putting the folder on desktop, can solve the problem.
