Android Lenovo A3500 - contents not shown

Since last Calibre update (2.73), it can't open the device, even if device's icons are displayes at top bar (Main memory and SDcard).
No way to see books on the device, not in the main memory, neither in the inserted SD card.
Also, starting Calibre as root doesn't help, behaviour is the same.

That is an error communicating with the device. Usually, this kind of error can be fixed by rebooting both the device and the computer. If that does not work, you can try resetting the device, or you can use one of the wireless communication methods described here:
