Question Can it write smoother?

Hi,

I realize the writing on the Dr is not as smooth as I expected. I wonder if this can be improved through software? And the lag time for the writing, is it due to the epaper tech, can it be improved also?

Thanks

My guess is that the lag is due to the current state of the art in e-paper technology and I do not expect it is possible to overcome this through software.

The smoothness is probably determined by the sample rate of the Wacom tablet. I can imagine the sample rate can be easily modified through software as long as the Wacom is able to keep up. However, I myself do not observe any practical problems with the smoothness. It used to be bad prior to FW 1.5, but now I have to move the stylus really fast to make the lines appear as a polyline instead of a curve, but maybe it is just me being a slow writer.
