Will the 'What do we listen on', 'What are we listening to' and 'audiobook deals' threads be moving down to here too, so that it's all in one place?

The only one of those threads you mentioned that hasn't been moved here and most likely won't be is the "Current Audiobook Specials" thread. It's probably best to keep all of the various deal threads as stickies in the Deals forum, but nothing's written in stone.

My gut feeling is that staying in the Deals forum is better for the audiobooks deals. As a sticky, it will still be easy to find, and its presence there might spur some people to try an audiobook who normally wouldn't even consider them, and that could lead to increased participation in this forum.

Keep the deals where they are - just as they don't get scattered thru the various ereader forums.

Much easier to check one forum only, when scanning for deals, rather than sorting thru each one to find what's posted (especially when pressed for time).

Is there anyway that a linked thread here can mimic the actual thread with the "Last Post" info and "Go to first new post" arrow?

Obviously, deals on audiobooks belong in the audiobooks forum not the deals forum. In fact, I would go so far as to say that deals on ebooks belong in their respective ebooks forums. So why do we need a deals forum anyway?
