Content Server and Virtual Libraries
I know that you can restrict users to see only a specific subset of books in the content server. But no matter how I tried, they can still see the names of all my virtual libraries, even if not the books in them. Is there a way for the server to display only one VL and not even the names of any others? I would prefer that the users remain unaware that separate virtual libraries even exist.

No, I'm afraid not. If you are concerned about keeping even the names of the VLs secret, then it is best to either use separate libraries or name your VLs with innocuous names.
