Does anyone else think its funny that the standard ePub version is listed on their site as "must have ibooks on an ipod or ipad" to be able to view it?

This is still on offer at the link in the first post. The epub has no DRM so you can read it however you'd like. I opened it in Calibre and was able to toggle between US and Metric versions. You can't do that with the PDF versions. This is an exceptionally good company cookbook.

The ePub loads into Sigil just fine.
