Cheapest large e-ink with light?

I'm looking for something inexpensive that's 9.5" screen minimum. The Kindle DX looks cheapest, but I want a light.

So I think my only option is the Onyx Boox N96 ML. Or isn't there an older Onyx which has a light? I am short on time right now, so I could use some help to narrow down my options.

Thanks!

The only options I can think of are the Onyx Boox N96 ML, Onyx Boox N96 CML and the two models of the Icarus Illumina Pro which I believe have similar/same hardware to the Onyx.

Note the larger the screen the more difficult to have an even front light display. 9.7" is the biggest available to date. See our wiki page for ICARUS Illumina Pro.

Cheap and 9.7" do not go together.
