I may have to contact CS about the 25% Off on the Fire 10. I received the $35 for the Kindle PW Instantly. I received the $40 for the Fire as soon as it was Delivered. Now I told BOTH have been Verified....but they still have Not taken the 25% Off the Fire I Purchased as the Trade-in Bonus. They haven't mail it yet so hope they catch it when they do....money still in my sons account

This is the 1st time they offered trade-in bonus for Fires.... so hope they remember that bonus!

Can Today.... It has a CHEAP plastic blue back! Not a Case...grrr Dead Battery so now have to wait till its charged to even boot it up ....grrr Got the DOT But NOT the 25% OFF Grrr

UPDATE....Contacted CS by Chat. The CS rep looked it over & then he said the $25% off will be Returned/Refunded... in 3-5 Business Days.

UPDATE... Got the Refund today!
