Thanks, that suggests to me the battery is on its last legs. That photo was taken while charging i after seeing the "battery low warning, barely 2 days after it was last fully charged. That's been the norm for a while now. Dad reads with the 2nd largest font size, so frequent page turns, but I'd still have expected more than 2 days between charges

In that case, depending on how long your dad reads in a day, that might actually be normal. I get ~1 day battery life when marathon reading manga (multiple page turns per minute).

Thanks ilovejdd that puts my mind at ease. He reads voraciously, I'd estimate at leas 6 hours a day. Maybe I don't need to replace it after all
