Answer: when you stop asking about it.

Each time you ask, it postpones the date. If it is implemented after you ask, it looks like your idea. If you stop asking and it is implemented when everybody forgot about it, it looks like the implementor's idea.

So, if you want it to be implemented - stop asking.

Excellent logic! Though, sometimes the squeeky wheel gets the oil; mainly for the quiet peacefulness.

Seriously though, the forum is quite well organized. I'm sure whenever and however the re-organizers implement any changes, they will be well planned.
