I am assuming you already have myts.

Run this command:

tail -n 17 /etc/profile >> /mnt/us/myts/profile

and restart myts.

Couldn't you just 'source' /etc/profile in the /mnt/us/myts/profile file?

I.E: the entire /mnt/us/myts/profile file would contain the single line:

source /etc/profile

I chose not to, becuase I have a custom $PATH declared everytime I run myts.
