Dies fragte sich, so oder ähnlich, der Börsenverein.

Oh Mann, ist das peinlich/peinsam ... Artikel und Spiel.

"Ideenklau" gibt es 1.) nicht und 2.) ist er rechtlich nicht strafbar. Offensichtliche Plagiate sind ein ganz anderes Thema. Aber auch da klaut man keine Ideen, sondern ausgefertigte Konstrukte.

Wie man den inhaltlichen Brückenschlag zwischen Filesharing und Kreativität herstellen will, ist mir nicht zu vermitteln. Das eine hat mit dem anderen aber so was von überhaupt nichts zu tun.
Was den Respekt vor kreativen Leistungen betrifft: Wie wäre es denn, wenn man sich an die Eltern richtet? Wertevermittlung ist eine Frage der Erziehung (die, wie man feststellen muss, von vielen Eltern heute liebend gerne outgesourct wird).

Oder das Unrechtsbewusstsein zumindest konsequent umsetzt: "Wenn ihr euch eBooks klauen wollt, dann klaut euch wenigstens zuerst ein Lesegerät. Dann erwischen wir euch eben dabei."

Also das Cat-Protect-Spiel rockt doch.. immerhin lernt man dabei, dass Raubkopierer kleine pickelige Würmer mit Überbiß sind... mir hats auf jeden Fall 10 Minuten Arbeitszeit versüßt

Mitleid mit den GROSSEN muss hier (glaube ich zumindest) keiner haben. Ich fand Den Artikel auf lesen.net gut. Eigentlich wollte ich dort nur kurz mein Wohlwollen bezueglich des Artikels festhalten, habe ich mich dann spaeter zu einem weiteren Kommentar hinreisen lassen. Wenn's dann mal anfaengt mit legal, illegal, Grauzone...

Doch, die beim Börsenblatt scheinen schon sehr interessiert zu sein. Sie verwenden die Kommentare ja häufig genug für die gedruckte Ausgabe.

Die Frage ist eher, ob die, die es lesen - Verlage und Buchhändler -, es zur Kenntnis nehmen (wollen).

Wenn ich 9 Jahre alt war spielte ich Civilization II und 30 andere Spielen mit einen süsslichen Piraten-CD, der Europa CD. Mein Vater liebt Golfvideospielen, und jedes Jahr kommt ein Neuer an seinen Rechner. Meine Mutter krug in 2006 ihr erstes Lesegerät, und sie hat noch kein Buch gekauft.

Ich wurde von Piraten und Ideeklauern erzogen!
