Currently best 13.3" reader for PDF book reading?

I need a 13 inch reader that can handle large PDF files (150-200mb), taking some notes on them is also needed.

Am I right that Sony DPT-RP1 seems to be the best at this moment? Or are there some new better readers coming out soon?

I'd suggest the 12.9" iPad Pro. By far the best PDF reader on the market, to my mind, and I read an awful lot of PDFs.
